The Help by Kathryn Stockett
This book is about the black maids in small town in Mississippi and their stories. It takes place in the 1960’s and the maids as well as the writer have to sneak around in order to tell the stories. They go through the whole process not knowing if the book will actually be published.

Seeing a different side of things
Seeing Skeeter, the writer, growing and learning as the project progresses.
Dislikes
The nasty clique – but I think you need it to see how bad the situation is.
