Ah...August. Usually August in my area equals HOT weather. When I was a child, we would often take vacations in August - after the college students were back in school, but before we started (we started after Labor Day). Several of our vacations were to the beach.
And that is why today's storytime plan is Sea, Sun and Sand. This is another old one - from 2006.
