The Heroes of Olympus: Book One The lost hero by Rick Riordan.

When Jason wakes up, he is on a school bus traveling to the Grand Canyon for a field trip. He can’t remember anything about himself. Not even Leo, the best friend sitting in front of him, or Piper, the girlfriend sitting beside him.

Then monsters attack.

Barely surviving the attack Jason, Leo and Piper, are whisked away to Camp Halfblood, where they learn they are demigods.

Camp Halfblood, having been rebuilt after the recent war against the Titans, is in a bit of turmoil. A few days ago their hero, Percy Jackson disappeared. Now Annabelle is combing the earth for her missing boyfriend, while the newly revealed demigods journey on a quest to save Hera – and figure out who exactly is Jason.

This is the first book in Riordan’s new series, The Heroes of Olympus. As a fan of the Percy Jackson series, I had high hopes for this one. I was not disappointed! I enjoyed the action of the story, and that it was told from the view of the three main characters.

Dislikes
That I have to wait for the next book. Bah!
