If there be love

If There Be Love – Ginna Gray

The premise of the story is that Jessica leaves her life of ease behind in order to make sure that her son has a proper upbringing, instead of being spoiled by his grandmother. She tales a job as a cook on a ranch and from the get go; there is a large attraction between her and the owner of the ranch, which neither is willing to admit. Her mother in law ends up finding her and drastic measures are taken to allow her to keep her son.

While it is a romance and it is rather predictable, it is an easy read and it is enjoyable. You definitely cheer for some characters and boo for others and hope that everything will turn out the way you want it to.
