Forbidden Highlander

This review is by guest reviewer/blogger Sharon.

Forbidden Highlander by Donna Grant

This book is the second in a series and focuses on the eldest MacLeod brother, Fallon. It follows him as he comes into his role as leader although to a clan of Warriors as opposed to a clan of his family. But as his brother before him, he meets a female that challenges him and that he wants as his own, but due to her own past, she is unsure if she can fully trust him with her biggest secret.

Forbidden Highlander: A Dark Sword NovelLikes:

The continuity of the story from the first book

While this book focuses on Fallon, we still see other characters we are familiar with

Development of other characters that you know will be prominent in future books

Dislikes:

When the book moved from one set of characters to another within a chapter, there was no
indication of a change such as *** or --- which caused some confusion. I am not sure if this is
limited to the Kindle version (which is what I read) or if the paper book would have the same
issues.

Other:

Book 2 in a series
