Ralph is a teen with an aptitude for video game design and development and working with computers. His parents are beyond boring. The only truly unusual thing about them is their ban against ever making wishes.
When his estranged aunt invites him to her family’s British manor for the summer, in exchange for setting up the wireless connections in the old place, Ralph jumps on the opportunity. While there he meets his three cousins and their other aunt – a wish granting duchess. Soon Ralph and his cousins find themselves plunged deep inside of a fairytale made all too real by the granting of wishes. Hopefully they can survive the killer bunny rabbits and other strange creatures and find their own happily ever afters.

I enjoyed how the stories are all woven together.
The narrator aspect of the tale is, at times, a wonderful humor device.
The retelling of The Snow Queen was enjoyable.

There were times when I wondered where the story was going. At the beginning the plot seemed somewhat non-existent and rather boring.
